USA 1-year Warranty
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, NSPRE™ Electronics,LLC. (hereinafter called “Company”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser of the Product (“Consumer”) that the product purchased and contained in this package (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of new purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and specifically excludes defects or damage to product resulting from:
(a) misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, dropping, breaking or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress; (b) scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by NSPRE™; (c) defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of a metallic or sharp object when pressing on a touch screen; (d) equipment that has the serial number or the enhancement data code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible; (e) ordinary wear and tear; (f) defects or damage resulting from the use of the Products in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by NSPRE™; (g) defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment; (h) theft; (i) defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses; or (j) purchased outside the United States.
Covered under 1-year Warranty
(a) faulty screen, faulty buttons; (b) battery outage, a faulty battery that doesn't occur from any misuse; (c) camera outage; (d) faulty data cable, faulty charging adapter, faulty headphones; (e) software misconfigurations; (f) audio defects in wearables/headsets/earphones; (g) connectivity defects or misconfigurations
When items returned under warranty are found to have no problems or defects, customers will be charged additionally for testing and repackaging.
Items out-of-warranty, without proof of purchase, or not belonging to NSPRE™ will not be serviced. Instead, they will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
If an item that is eligible under NSPRE Electronics warranty is not in stock, your original receipt will be refunded at a 40% reimbursement of the total receipt or 40% of the item within your order if it includes multiple items.
